What is the length of a rental lease?
All units are rented month to month, generally in full calendar month increments.
Can I reserve a unit?
Yes, we will reserve a unit for future use depending on demand. NO units are held or reserved until first month lease payment is received in full.
Can I pay by cash or check?
Yes, all payments must be sent to our billing address 635 SW Sundance Court, Pullman, WA 99163. DO NOT send to our storage address on South Grand.
Can I pay by credit card?
Yes, VISA, MasterCard and Discover are accepted and can be set up to charge automatically month by month.
Are there set up fees?
Each new rental requires a one time $10 set up fee.
Are locks provided?
No you are responsible for your own lock, a standard padlock available at Wal-Mart, Shopko, hardware store, etc will work .
How do I terminate a lease?
Rent is due on the first of each month, unless notice is given by email or phone by the 20th of the month of departure. Rent is due in full calendar months and is never prorated upon departure.
